Welcome to NeighborWay Doral Landscaping. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before you schedule any work with us.

Services We Provide

We offer professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are provided by trained professionals following industry standards and local regulations in Doral, FL.

Scheduling and Estimates

When you request a quote, we'll visit your property to assess the work needed. Our estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Once you accept an estimate, we'll work with you to schedule the service at a convenient time.

We make every effort to arrive during your scheduled window. Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require us to reschedule. We'll always contact you as soon as possible if changes are needed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your estimate.

If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, a late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to the outstanding balance.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. For large projects where materials have been ordered, deposits may be non-refundable.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to all areas where work will be performed. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and securing pets. Please let us know about any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden obstacles before we start work.

We take safety seriously and follow all necessary precautions. However, you're responsible for keeping children and pets away from work areas during service.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. For plant installations, we offer a 30-day guarantee against defects or failure, provided you follow our care instructions.

Some circumstances are beyond our control, including severe weather, pest damage, or improper watering. These situations are not covered under our guarantee.

Liability

NeighborWay Doral Landscaping carries general liability insurance. We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden items that weren't marked before we started work. We're also not liable for damage caused by severe weather or acts of nature following our service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
